Oliver Hoffmann - Founder of Ovenea Oliver Hoffmann is a real estate broker and entrepreneur with more than 27 years of experience owning and operating real estate brokerages in the United States and Europe. After decades of working directly with agents, buyers, sellers, transaction coordinators, and brokerage operations, Oliver repeatedly encountered the same problem: real estate transactions depend on a fragmented collection of contracts, emails, deadlines, compliance requirements, software platforms, and manual processes. He created Ovenea to change that. Ovenea was conceived as an AI-powered transaction management platform built around how real estate professionals actually work. Rather than forcing agents and brokers to adapt their businesses to another piece of software, Ovenea is being designed to use artificial intelligence to understand transaction documents, identify critical information, track deadlines, support compliance, organize communications, and automate repetitive administrative work. Oliver’s experience as a working broker gives Ovenea a different starting point. The platform is being designed from real-world brokerage operations outward - not from technology inward. The initial focus is AI-powered transaction management and document intelligence, with the broader vision of developing Ovenea into The AI Operating System for Real Estate. The goal is straightforward: reduce administrative work, reduce opportunities for costly mistakes, and give real estate professionals one intelligent system for managing the increasingly complex operational side of their business.
